Description
Working Principle
The Bitumen Pressure Distributor heats and maintains the bitumen at the required temperature inside an insulated tank. A high-performance pump circulates the bitumen through pipelines and spray nozzles.
During operation, the spray bar distributes bitumen evenly across the road surface. The pressure system ensures uniform flow, while adjustable nozzles control spray width and pattern. Operators can control flow rate, pressure, and spray width either from the cabin or rear platform, depending on configuration.
