4000 LTR BITUMEN SPRAYER
4000 LTR Bitumen Sprayer is Tractor Attached Trolley Mounted , developed for track/Prime coat by hand spraying arrangement spraying application. This equipment is capable of applying uniform coating of Hot Bitumen & Emulsion on specified surface. A perfect cleaning system cleans the bitumen pipe-line after used. Spraying pipe length up to 5 Mtr. And given drum loading system with chain pulley block of 1 ton capacity.
TANK:
Tank is fabricated by 5 mm MS sheet and is coated by 40 mm Glass wool. This is done to prevent heat loss. The outer Covering is galvanized. Galvanized tank is batter as it has long life due to its anti-corrosion proper less tank heating it by a first stage heating pipeline of diameter e inches and scode stage is 6 inches. Manhole for maintenance is 500mm x 600mm. Manual temperature gauge is provided for temperature display up to 300 degree Celsius.
ENGINE:
Single stage air cooled diesel engine of 6.5 hp at 1500 RPM. Engine power bitumen pumps and air compressor. Fuel consumption is 0.7 -1 liters per hour.
BURNER:
Single high pressure oil burner for adequate heating of viscose binder with oil consumption of 7-8 liters per hour. Burner compatible with diesel.
BITUMEN PUMP AND AIR COMPRESSOR:
Both bitumen pump and air compressor are engine driven. Bitumen pump is connected to the engine by a manual clutch. Activate pump by clutch. Bitumen pump gear type 200 to 300 liters per minute. 2 HP single piston air compressors are provided.
